Zumba Fitness® was created in the mid-90s by Colombian native Alberto “Beto” Perez, a celebrity fitness trainer and choreographer for International pop superstars.
Inspired by the traditional cumbia, salsa, samba and merengue music he grew up with, Beto paired his favourite pulsating Latin rhythms with the red-hot international dance steps his clients loved and Zumba Fitness® (Spanish slang for “to move fast and have fun”) was born!
Since Zumba Fitness® hit the UK, it has become one of the fastest-growing, dance-based fitness crazes in the country, with people of all ages falling in love with its infectious music, easy-to-follow dance moves, and body-beautifying benefits.

Boxercise follows the methods employed in boxing as closely as possible whilst ensuring the maximum amount of safety and exercise.

Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for relieving stress and relaxing. Yoga has been used as a meditation technique for thousands of years. As you exercise, you meditate on what your body is feeling and will help increase a positive state of mind.

Pilates is a body conditioning technique designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Pilates targets the deep postural muscles within the body through a series of exercises aimed at building muscle strength and rebalancing the body. Excellent for improving posture, strength and flexibility and aligning the body correctly, pilates also teaches coordination, concentration and control of the body.

Street Combat is an empowering cardio workout, which is fiercely energetic and is inspired by different forms of martial arts. It draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Mix in a little music, you strike, punch, and kick your way through calories in an enjoyable cardio fitness workout. Enjoy lots of variation and changes to programme to keep things intresting.

Kettlecise takes the basics from Kettlebell Training and puts them into an exercise class. This type of class will help improve overall fitness and endurance Get a great CV and Resistance work out all rolled into one, You won’t believe that one small kettlebell could change your body so much it will help achieve a leaner body, increased strength, improve posture and endurance.
